Banana Pie Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pie spice
- 1 sliced bannana
- 1/8 cup rasins
- 1 tbsp peacns (optional)
- 1 cup diced strawberries (optional)
- Cook steel cut oats according to package
- Once oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in yogurt, syrup, and pie spice.
- Take a serving size and add sliced bannans and optional toppings.
- Enjoy and refrigerate the leftovers
