Banana Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pie spice
  • 1 sliced bannana
  • 1/8 cup rasins
  • 1 tbsp peacns (optional)
  • 1 cup diced strawberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook steel cut oats according to package
  2. Once oats are cooked, remove from heat and stir in yogurt, syrup, and pie spice.
  3. Take a serving size and add sliced bannans and optional toppings.
  4. Enjoy and refrigerate the leftovers
