The Best Guac You’ll Ever Taste

  • 4 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled diced
  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • cayenne pepper
  • sea salt


  1. Cut avocados in half, and scoop out all the goods into a large mixing bowl
  2. Add olive oil, onions, jalapeno, lime, and garlic and mix to desired texture. Add in the cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste
  3. THE KEY to consuming the best gauc is putting it in the fridge for 25-30 minutes before serving. Take damp paper towel and squirt lemon juice on it and place it over the guac so it doesn't go bad. Do this immediately after eating, and when refrigerating.
