So it’s been just over a week since I finished my FIRST ever marathon.
I’m still sore.
BUT, I won’t let the feeling of not being able to properly walk deter from the incredible experience and challenge running a marathon was.
From day one of training up until I crossed the finish line I did a lot of things right, but muuuuch more very, very wrong. Here’s my top 10 lessons I learned from running a marathon
