Mindful Eating


Fad diets suck.  

You’ve probably tried your fair share of them and they either worked for a short amount of time or you fell off the wagon once the weekend came.  Sound familiar?  Been there, done that.  


The reason fad diets don’t work is because they don’t teach you how to actually eat.  

I’m sure you’re murmuring to yourself; I know how to eat —- stick a fork in my food, eat, chew, swallow, and repeat.  Pretty simple.

Although that may be the standard mechanisms of physically eating, what about the psychological side of it?
