It never seems to fail.
One of the best parts of my job is sitting down and going over nutrition with each and every client. This brings a uniqueness that’s hard to find in your everyday jobs. From the different types of food allergies, intolerances, and just plain disgust or love for certain foods everyone is EXTREMELY different. By not believing in meal plans I often get apprehension from clients which leads to something I hear over and over and over:
“WELL, WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY!?”

So many of us are quick to come up with excuses when it comes to making changes. We’ll wait for the perfect time and all aspects of life to be in place before committing to ourselves.
