  • Grass Fed Steak
  • Olive Oil


  1. Take cast iron pan and cover the bottom of the pans surface area with olive oil and place in oven at 500 degrees. Let this heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. While the cast iron is heating up, dry the steaks and put seasoning of your choice on it (I prefer a little more olive oil and S&P).
  3. Once cast iron pan is heated, take out and sear the steaks for 30 seconds on each side. Then, put the steaks back into the oven and let cook for 4 minutes.
