Much like preventative dental care where you see your dentist twice a year, DuPont Wellness advocates for much the same for you physical wellbeing. Twice a year you will receive a 1 hour physical and injury risk assessment with instruction in strategies and exercises to correct any physical issues and potential for injury.

Young athletes, especially female athletes, are a particular risk for certain types of preventable injuries. Dr. Corey will provide individualized movement and coordination analysis specific to their sport(s) to identify potential risks for injury, then provide detailed education and instruction in strategies and exercises to reduce risk for potential injuries.
These assessment can be applied to a myriad of sports including but no limited to football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross country, track, wrestling, baseball, softball, tennis, lacrosse, rugby, dancing, cheerleading, gymnastics and more.

Dr. Corey will provide a 1 hour session to provide video analysis of your current run technique along with instruction in basic strategies to improve your form in order to improve your efficiency, performance, and injury risk.

Combined with the Runner's Technique Analysis, this package includes 2 or 4 follow up sessions for specific training in exercises and drills to train your body to change and improve your technique.

Includes Runner’s Technique Analysis plus 2 ($300) or 4 ($400) follow up training sessions to optimize your technique and performance.
