1-hour sessions each with Coach Michelle Weins and Dr. Corey DuPont, PT to optimize your run technique and performance.
Your 1-hr FunFit Technique Analysis starts with a video of you running. Then, you & Coach Michelle Wiens will do a deep-dive analysis on that video so you can SEE the technical changes that would benefit you. We’ll finish with a couple of targeted drills designed to get you on your way to more effortless, efficient & speedy running!
Dr. Corey DuPont, PT will then perform a comprehensive head-to-toe movement assessment to identify any areas of limitation, whether it's tightness or weakness, that ultimately limit your ability to perform the ideal swim stroke/run technique and place you at risk for injury. Dr. Corey will then spend time instructing you on how to improve upon these limitations through the right exercises to optimize your swim/run game.
